Refund Policy

  1.  A booking confirmation fee of 2,500 Indian Rupees (INR) per person is due four days before the trek departs in order to secure your spot on the excursion.

 

  1. In the event that a trekker does not show up for their reservation, only 30% of the booking confirmation costs will be returned.

 

  1. The process of requesting a refund won’t begin until after the trip has been over and all the outstanding expenses have been paid in full.

 

  1. An initial payment of 85 percent of the entire cost of the package must be made upon arrival before the walk may begin.

 

  1. The participant’s money will not be reimbursed in the event that the walk is called off due to unforeseen circumstances. We accept the utmost responsibility for bringing you back without incident. You are only eligible for a refund of your payment up to three days before the journey begins; beyond that point, the refund policy is no longer in effect.
